I am a licensed REALTOR® with Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS in Davenport, Iowa, specializing in residential buying and selling throughout the Quad Cities region—including Davenport, Bettendorf, Eldridge, Moline, and Rock Island. Licensed in both Iowa and Illinois, I help clients seamlessly navigate cross-state moves, home upgrades, and relocation.

Proven Market Experience

Over my seven years with Ruhl&Ruhl, I have guided clients through nearly 50 listings and more than 95 buy-side transactions. My focus isn't restricted to a single neighborhood; it is built on direct communication, active listening, and reducing transaction friction from offer to closing.

Client-Focused Service & Community Rooted

With a background in customer service and personal training, I bring a goal-oriented, stress-free approach to every real estate transaction. Outside of real estate, I am active in the local community through fundraising for Big Brothers Big Sisters, running triathlons, golfing, and spending time with my dogs.
